Ohai. Just remember I have your 2005 first Enjoy Chris Paul or Deron Williams, I assume you're talking about the Nuggets 05 first?

Ohai. Just remember I have your 2005 first That's my bad. It probably would have been switched to ATL's 2004 1st...which is maybe even better.

WTF?
The Duncan trade was just kind of funny, but I don't understand this one at all. The Nuggets just traded a top 10 player for even worse than a pu-pu platter. Dump is off the hook, this trade is even beyond his.
It's almost starting to get questionable what rv12 is doing at this point, he has 3 of the top 10 players in this league and gave up barely anything.

If I made a move for Jason Kidd or another superstar I wanted to keep Zo to win now. I tried to move Randolph and Artest, who aren't ready to win now to try and land some players to win with Zo before he would be out of his prime but the deals I got weren't that great.
Giving up a star headed into his prime and leaving his prime are completely different. (see duncan trade) If zo was 26 instead of 32 it's a completely different story.
Getting a top 15 pick this year is more valuable than 3 25+ picks over the next 3 drafts because of the 03 draft's depth.
I now have 3 young players that should continue to grow and turn into stars, I'll have 2 top 15 picks this year and will get a couple more building blocks. I'm not expecting to win next year, but as my young players develope I should be winning maybe the year after.
I dont understand why everyone thinks this is such a horrible deal. Zo is amazing yes but probably for only 1 or 2 more years.
The fact that RV has Duncan and AI is irrelavent to me, I'm worried about my team, what I gave up and what I have to build with. If I would have kept Zo he would have just continued to lose value and I would have been middle of the pack with below average picks every year and nothing to build with when he leaves.
I had other deals landing me more picks and average players but they're all gonna be very late picks where it's gonna be a lot harder to land good players.
Memphis has a shit ton of first this year plus Wagner and K Mart to build around, the west is weak and he should be a playoff team next year, I'm not sure if I will or not but if I'm not I'll have my pick to get another building block.
I really dont give a damn if everyone thinks this is a terrible trade, after a few seasons we'll see just how "bad" or good it was.

Zo is amazing for 1 or 2 more years then FA has good players in it and you can rebuild that way.
Instead, you went full retard

"average players". Like Jason Richardson?
"I now have 3 young players that should continue to grow and turn into stars". Did you include EXPIRING CONTRACT Priest Lauderdale in that three?

Ohhai, most people don't grasp the meaning of cap space and expiring contracts or FAs yet when we're so early in the sim league.
I'll laugh when those young players all sign with diff teams because of their low loyalty and high play for winner ratings.

Stackhouse>>>>JRich QWoods>Rafer Alston Lorenzen Wright (who I offered at one point before landing on Divac)>Lauderdale's expiring 3 firsts>POR 2003
Plus he would have been able to keep Hughes, his first and his 2nd
Don't get it.
