dump DID at least gain 2 first round picks, even if they were late ones.
Denver traded one 1st rounder for another one. Traded one young SG for another comparable one.
And then traded a top 3 MVP candidate and vet with really good ratings for a soon to be FA center who is average and a decent young PG who rv had been trying to deal.

It's not a bad deal, Hughes and j rich aren't comparable, a top 15 pick this year is with a top 5 next year, y'all r crazy blowing this outta proportion

A Top 15 pick this year is not worth a Top 5 next year. Hate to air our discussions out in public. I offered Glenn Robinson and Derek Fisher for Hughes and Artest, but you countered demanding I add Mashburn. I balked, as that goes against my plans. Then you go and trade Hughes, Zo, and a 1st rounder for Priest Lauderdale, Jason Richardson, and a 1st. That just does not compute. You value Artest so much more than the league MVP? I just don't understand why you would do this trade, especially after our discussions where you told me Zo was off limits in a possible JASON KIDD trade. |
