I like the idea but I don't want it enforced if it's not an overwhelming pick. Without a doubt. We could meet have way and I could sim past playoffs, run the lotto from the game, post the results, and then use those results after we finish the playoffs. I really want to find a way to get the lotto done before Playoffs to allow teams a fair chance to trade and look for trades. I never liked how we did that in the past and speaking with Matt he had the same ideas. if you don't mind switching everyone's picks up I'm all for that.. great idea

I vote you make a big box w/ however many ping balls is needed and JTV that ish for us. You actually only need 14 ping pong balls. But he would have to assign the 1000 possible 4 number combinations to everyone. I like the idea of just using the software's lotto, but doing it before the playoffs.

Im down for software but before as well.
I brought this idea up because I didn't like how drafts were done in the past.
Very little time to really prepare and make trades and such. Like for instance say you wanna explore the chance of trading the top pick, but you've got almost very little time to do so.
It also IMO allows time for playoff teams looking to rebuild after a playoff run have a chance to see who is selling lotto picks and such.

Yeah, I don't really see any negative to the 2nd way you guys came up with. After he finishes the season tomorrow, he could sim the playoffs real quick and then do the lottery.

I doubt a lot of people will get to see the new idea before the sim tomorrow, but I don't see why any of the guys in the lotto would have a problem with it.

Wait, are we simming the whole playoffs in one shot? I'd like time to fix my depth chart before each round (if I get out of the first lol)

He's simming the playoffs, but not keeping the results. Just trying to get to the lottery.
Playoffs will be normal.

I'd like time to fix my depth chart before each round (if I get out of the first lol) He's just simming past the playoffs so we can do the lottery BEFORE we sim the actual playoffs in a slower manner, where you can adjust DCs, etc. There will then be another lottery in the game after we finish the real playoffs, but he will just trade teams picks so we end up with the order from the lottery we did in advance.
