So Matt texted me about maybe doing the lotto earlier than what the game allows. Matt sent me a link to a website, www.clutchfans.net/nbadraft/lottery/generator/, that uses a weight scale just like the NBA does in real life. Now we can do this any time after the season is over and because of that there would have to be some modifications. We'd assign teams a number in the link's top 13 teams. So worst record gets the team in 2010 with the most balls associated with that team. So the Nets would have the pick that is slotted in that page for the team with the most balls, ect. Now in the game once the draft lotto was actually run I'd have to do some adjusting of picks after it spits out its own lotto. So for instance say the Nets got the 3rd pick off the website but got the 5th pick in the game lotto. I'd have to trade the 5th pick to whoever got #3 in the game draft to adjust for our own lotto. I have no issue doing this. It allows teams not in the playoffs to get an early start on the draft thus speeding up the process while also giving people more time to do pre draft trades and the like.

Does the program do lotto percentages based on record in the league, or does it just have one set of percentages to use every year?

Does the program do lotto percentages based on record in the league, or does it just have one set of percentages to use every year? I am not too sure how the lotto works in the game. If you are looking for percentages this website simulator is our best idea imo.

Does the program do lotto percentages based on record in the league, or does it just have one set of percentages to use every year? It gives you odds based on what place you are, similar to the regular NBA lottery. Worst record = 250 balls = 25% chance etc
