If this is legit this is some bullshit. I can understand 1 or even 2 players not entering. But for the core of this class to not come out is gay. Shit needs to be fixed The core of the class didn't come out IRL. Roy, Aldridge, Gay and Rondo came out in 06. Rondo wasn't even lotto. Ellis was a mid-second in 2005. YOU need to be fixed. It's really only one player.

2006 was considered the bad class, thought I'd spice it up. No matter what I do, someone would complain though. We had people complaining that everyone declaring was lazy and boring. I decide to take out 1 guy and everyone loses it...lol I don't know what "one guy" you are referring to because two of the top 5 guys are now gone. I never complained about the classes where everyone would stay, I'm just asking for consistency. And its pretty inconsistent to have two guys in the league's HISTORY hold back on declarations (Boozer and Dunleavy in the first draft), then have six guys do it in one year. Not to mention that this class was average in the first place, and now holding back players because "06 was a weak class" has made THIS the weak class... Martell Webster is the 4th best prospect in this draft. Keeping together monster classes like James/Bosh/Wade/Boozer than tearing apart mediocre ones is pretty lame. And you do a great job with the league, poe, but declarations shouldn't be decided by you (I'm just inferring that's what you did based on "I decide to take one guy out). There should be some type of probability assigned to each declaration (Paul = 85 %, Williams 80%, etc) and then a random number generator used to pick who goes.

It's 1 guy... Paul, where are you getting two top 5 guys from? All the other guys were in the 2006 class minus Monta Ellis who went in the 2nd round.

The Super 35 had nothing to do really with this draft. It was just a ranking of players who were currently eligible for draft status if they so chose. The top 5 of the 2005 draft went as follows
1 1 Andrew Bogut 1 2 Marvin Williams 1 3 Deron Williams 1 4 Chris Paul 1 5 Raymond Felton

zpz did a profile for Roy last night in the 2006 class
so that should have not come as a surprise

That's fine, but I was using the Super 35 like player profiles had been used in the past- it was just assumed anyone of age (Roy, Aldridge, etc) would go (Anthony listed in the 02 draft, etc).
The whole declaration process is dumb- we should either strictly adhere to "the class that happened in real life happens in the sim" or it should be listed who is going very early in the season. Its stupid to lead people on that Paul, Roy, etc will be available just to pull them back on a whim to "even out the classes."

Or, people should stop tanking for specific players since guys in RL don't declare until after the season anyway.
I knew Matt's lists would be an issue.

I think it's silly that people expected everyone in the draft to come out since HSJrs were in there.

If everyone of age came out like he wanted, 2006 would have no one at all...lol
Those guys I listed in the OP were some of the top guys from the 2006 class.

the whole "super 35" concept was dumb in the first place

I just didn't want people to think all those guys were supposed to be in this class. That's just crazy.

That's boring though, it's a fantasy thing. Why not have it be a little more unpredictable?
