Strength's
Telfair has shown a canny ability of finding the open man in any window and getting it to him. He also has the best handles of any guard in this draft and could rival some of the past rookie PGs drafted. On defense he does well against players his age and slightly above. Great drive to the hoop.
Weakness
Telfair might be deemed a drama queen as ESPN followed him everywhere he went as a high school senior. He also has a lot of hype coming from the NYC and there is concern if he will work hard in the gym or expect things handed to him.
Scout's Take
If Telfair would spend as much time in the gym as he does trying to build his hype machine he might be a top 5 pick. There is no doubt Telfair has the talents to be a special player in this league but its all up to him. At times he believes he is Jesus Shuttlesworth and not just a human and that is his down fall. That said if I were in need of a point guard I'd look hard at him.
