 Height- 5'11 Weight- 200 Age- 22 Position- PG Former Team- Saint Joesph Strenght'sNelson is the most publicized player coming out of college this season and for good reason. Awesome scorer who can attack the hoop at will. Great point guard who knows how to run an offense. He is also lights out on defense with his very big frame. Very quick and athletic. WeaknessWhile Nelson is a terrific player and has shown it for four years at St. Joes he's also got some issues with what level of competition he faces and if he truly is this good. His potential is also of concern. Can he guard bigger guards too? Scout's TakeNelson almost came out last season as a junior but decided against it and had he come out he would have challenged for the top point guard in the draft. Wasn't Nelson a scorer coming out? His Jr and Sr season Stats...

Averaged about 20 PPG and only 5 APG his last two seasons... not a shit load of points for a PG but he definitley wasn't a passer, just wondering why his handles are higher than his scoring attributes... I would say more like:
C+ C+ C C C A
or
C+ B- C+ C C A
I mean the guy shot the ball pretty well. :twocents:

Are handles really the biggest thing for assists though? I guess without a passing attribute they are, but I don't really know.

That was my assumption, I'm guessing it means ball control, for G's it would mean passing and dribbling, for big men it would affect TO's in the paint n stuff. idk though |

Um....Nelson was a fucking scorer like Skrouse said. He needs to have a B- in one of the scoring categories.
