Strength's
Bell is an awesome scorer and can do it in a lot of ways. Tops at BC in scoring and is the two time Big East Player of the year. Is said to be Boston College's best player to come out of the school to date. Solid guard. Terrific defender of the point guard spot.
Weakness
Height and weight could be an issue. Isn't a strong guard. While he's still got lots of room to grow he wont improve as much as the next tier of players above him. Rebounds wont come his way.
