Yeah, either would work fine, I just figured it'd be easier for people to see the dots on a die on a video than the tiny numbers. I'd roll like a white and a black die, and the combinations for each percentage we'd end up deciding on would be posted long before any real rolling takes place. I didn't realize you were talking about using actual dice. I thought you would use an online dice roller. Another option would be an online random number generator. That would be much easier and eliminate the ability of the person rolling the dice (if you used real dice) to have any affect on the outcome.

I guess you could do the same when rolling actual dice, but if anyone has that kind of time on their hands they should just :killme: ... Video would also give the league visual proof to go along with the declaration results.

1. Players are assigned 4 numbers between 1-6 to represent what he does 2. Poe sends his list to jayrish of what every number means 3. 20 picks a number for each player 4. That result happens
Example:
Lebron came out so poe assigns 4 of the 6 numbers to "coming out" Poe sends Jay "1, 3, 4, 6" coming out, "2, 5" goes to college 20 posts "Lebron James: 5" and Lebron goes to college 20 posts "Lebron James: 6" and Lebron comes out
That way it's completely blind and we have checks to make sure nobody knows what's going on.

I still think there should be less than a minimum of 16.6% chance of guys like LBJ and Howard to come out. I love the idea of making this completely blind though. Say we give LBJ a 1/20 (5%) chance of going to school, D Wade a 15% chance of staying, and Bosh 25%. Then poetic can PM me: LBJ: 7 D Wade: 9, 13, 18 Bosh: 3, 9, 18, 19 Then 20s posts a number at declaration time (or whenever people want them to decide, we can figure that out later) and either of us can post the result of whether they're staying or going. I still think we should keep the percentages consistent from year to year for the projected top pick, picks 2-3, 4-5, etc. or however people want to group them, which can be determined by Matt's early season mock draft.

Yeah there definitely needs to be different chances for different guys, LBJ and Dwight knew they'd be a top 3 pick so they came out. No way they would've gone to college

I'd still rather stick to the RL classes than all this craziness. But I'm cool with whatever Matt and you folks decide. I don't have picks for a couple seasons so it doesn't matter to me much either way.

well part of the fun is not knowing who is going to declare. This really wouldn't be very difficult at all, and we could have someone else take your spot since you already put so much time into the league. It doesn't really matter who does it.

If Matt decides this is fine, of course I'll do my part for what you guys need me for.
I like this:
Say we give LBJ a 1/20 (5%) chance of going to school, D Wade a 15% chance of staying, and Bosh 25%. Then poetic can PM me:
LBJ: 7 D Wade: 9, 13, 18 Bosh: 3, 9, 18, 19
More than the 1-6.

yeah arthur was just explaining the method there more than specifying any percentages.. The league can decide on what percentages they think each projected pick should get

This all depends on Matt though being willing to do it, his league and all.
