IF logged on, 15 minutes from last pick. IF you are not logged on, 1 hour. 15 minute clock starts once you log in however.

The Draft will consist as a snake draft. 1-29, and then back from 29
to 1 and then again 1-29, ect.
TRADING PICKS
You can trade your creation picks and only the first three years of future picks can be traded. So 2002,2003,2004 picks can be traded.
To make a creation trade official you must post in the completed trades thread.
SALARIES
Round 1- 5 million per year over a 4 year period
Round 2- 4.5 million per year over a 4 year period
Round 3- 4 million per year over a 4 year period
Round 4- 3.5 million per
year over a 3 year period
Round 5- 3 million per year over a 3 year period
Round 6- 3 million per year over a 3 year period
Round 7- 2.5 million per year over a 3 year period
Round 8- 2.5 million per year over a 2 year period
Round 9- 2.5 million per year over a 2 year period
Round 10- 2 million per year over a 2 year period
Round 11- 1.5 million per year over a 2 year period
Round 12- 1.5 million per year over a 2 year period
SEND DRAFT LISTS
Send a draft list to myself if you know you can't be here for when your pick is going to be up. This helps speed up the process and protects you from me simming the pick.
Example (I am pick #14, so if I wasn't commish and i knew i'd miss just the first two rounds I'd make a list of about 50 players and PM it to the mod)
