Strength's
Banks is a terrific on ball and off ball defender. Coming off winning DPOY in the MWC as a senior. Very strong and stocky. He will lock almost any guard up at the college level and shut them down. Athletic. Good point guard that sees the floor well and won't turn it over. Aggressive scorer that can get to the hoop well.
Weakness
Streaky shooter. He has a great shot but if he misses a few he will go cold. Takes a lot of risks on defense and thus gets into foul trouble at times.
Scout's Take
Banks is a beast at the college level. That said I am not sure if he can take that production at UNVL and have the same in TMBSL. Great scorer as a senior as he abused everyone that guarded him and then abused them again on defense. If he can settle for running the point and not being a scoring guard he could find himself in the league for 10+ years. Mid first
