You will have 48 hours to get under. If after 48 hours you are not under the hard cap, you will lose your next 3 1st Round Picks (My choice if applicable) and you will not be able to use your MLE or LLE for the next 3 years. If after another 24 hours you are still not under, then you will be replaced.
The Mike Rule: If you go over the hard cap due to a trade or signing and the trade deadline has passed, that trade will be veto'd and/or the signing will be reversed. And under any circumstance not clear under these rules, the commish has the ability to act in any way he wishes. So don't go over the hard cap, otherwise you're screwed. Simple.
