Centers
1. Dwight Howard
- Best player in the class. Will get max offers from anyone who can afford him.
2. Emeka Okafor
- Double-double machine is an elite defender. Needs to develop his scoring further.
3. Andris Biedrins
- Just a hair below Okafor, he won't get max but may start in the double figures.
4. Raef LaFrentz
- Still a threat inside and out, his age may lead him to be underrated.
5. Troy Murphy
- Former champ may have a new home as the defending champ Grizz have fallen on hard times.
6. Michael Bradley
- Great offensive and defensive center but is weak on the glass.
7. Michael Sweetney
- Can play C or PF, Milwaukee's 6th Man should find a starting gig somewhere.
8. Loren Woods
- Howard's backup an excellent shotblocker

- Not the biggest name, but the largest body. Great defender, good rebounder for a slow paced team.

- Controls the glass and the paint but is absent offensively.
Power Forwards
1. Brian Cardinal
- Doesn't score much, but is a top notch rebounder and defender
2. Tim Thomas
- May be better suited at SF for his lack of rebounding, but is a very versatile scorer and defender
3. Al Horford
- Hasn't peaked at 20 years old, but his ceiling may be very good, not great
4. Al Jefferson
- Also 20, but more potential than Horford. Scores and defends well but defense is disappointing for his size.
5. Zach Randolph
- 18 and 9 guy will go from overpaid to underpaid this offseason

- This veteran continues to be undervalued in FA. Will sign with a contender for around 5 million.
7. Nikoloz Tskitishvili
- Dropoff begins here for the PFs. Good rebounder who can step outside, but not an important player.
8. Jackson Vroman
- Hasn't played much and doesn't have much growth, but someone will like his attributes
9. Brad Miller
- Veteran can back up the C and PF spots
10. Kris Humphries
- Has been passed by rookies in Boston, so a new home is his only shot at PT.
Small Forward
1. Luol Deng
- Best player in a weak SF class. Versatile player that can play some PF. Defends, rebounds well and has some solid offensive skills.
2. Antonio Gates
- Does nothing great but a lot things well. Should be a nice bench option for someone.
3. Andre Iguodala
- Another jack of all trades type who hasn't developed as the drafting team wanted.
4. Ruben Patterson
-Veteran still defends at an elite level and can score inside. Will get a nice one or two year deal.
5. Kirk Snyder
- Solid backup player at the 3 and some 2
6. Andre Emmett
- Developing defensive wing will get paid for his potential
7. Peja Stojakovic
- 3 Point Marksman is a great fit as a scoring weapon off of the bench.
8. Ron Artest
- Defensive ace that can hit the open 3, good glue guy for contenders but not a key player.
9. Jason Kapono
- Another 3 point ace for teams to bring in and spread the floor. Terrible defender, though.
10. Boris Diaw
- Former draft bust is a nice defender off of the bench, but his offense has not yet developed.
Shooting Guard
1. Ray Allen
- Sharpshooter is a good defender and ball-handler. His age may keep him under the radar when the big offers go out.
2. Bonzi Wells
- Still a very good inside scorer who can defend and handle the rock.
3. Tony Allen
- Excellent defensive combo guard, who may have room to improve offensively.
4. Quentin Richardson
- Best suited for a 6th man role, can score in bunches off of the bench.
5. Kareem Rush 6. Von Wafer 7. Ben Gordon
- More suited as a 3 point shooters off of the bench
8. Kevin Martin
- A lesser version of Quentin Richardson
9. Dermarr Johnson
- Versatile player who defends well off of the bench
10. Thomas Lister
- Another nice scoring guard off of the bench
Point Guards
1. Devin Harris
- Second best player in the class, Harris is one of the NBA's elite PGs.
2. Sebastian Telfair
- If the Utah GM can't make the numbers crunch, Telfair will have plenty of suitors.
3. Jameer Nelson
- Averaging 10 assists for a 2nd straight season
4. Ronald Curry
- Was a FA steal the first time around, but may cost more this time.
5. Manu Ginobili
- Should have cashed in his last time as an FA, as he has lost his starting job in Atlanta after passing up on millions to stay.
6. Damon Stoudamire
- Still playing at a high level at age 34, if he gives it another go around their will be plenty of suitors.
7. Jarrett Jack
- "Jack" of all trades, may be best suited in a combo role off of the bench
8. Shaun Livingston
- Hasn't developed into a star, but is still a starter in the TMBSL.
9. Maurice Williams
- A guy that may fly under the radar as he is stuck behind Starbury in Cleveland
10. Blake Stepp
- May be ready for a bigger role after serving as Stoudamire's understudy in Houston
