-Each GM will have a chance to write two articles per season and get points for it.
-Points will be between 0-5 and they can add it to any player's attribute besides potential.
-A player can only receive one upgrade each season (MAX OF THREE CAREER)
-When you post the article a poll has to be posted with it as well. Each option in the poll will be a point option such as 0, 1,2,3,4 and 5. (I'm noticing people are forgetting the 0, make sure you remember.)
-GM's vote on how many points the article will receive.
-Minimum of 15 Votes needed in order to receive points (Or 8 votes in one category). If the vote is close, you are responsible for taking a screen shot of when you claim your points.
-The Highest average number chosen through votes is what you receive for your article. For Example, if 12 people chose 4 points and 10 people chose 3 points, you would get 4 points for your article.
