I use the random draft order generator on fftoolbox making those 10 options teams. I attach our email addresses, you pick a number, I hit generate and it emails the list to us. Whatever rating is in the number slot you picked = his ratings.

Smith was a 1st rounder. But I agree I think he should have at least a 40% chance of improving. I think: 1st round stashed players should have a 70 % chance of improvement 2nd round stashed players should have 40% chance of improvement. I say this with players potential being A. You could lower % depending on Potential grade. I think setting a standard would help Poetic and who ever down the road with other players. But like I said I am cool with what ever the rolls are. I trust in Poetic so.........

70% chance of improvement? No way. There should be no set standard, not all 1st rounders are created equal.
and for 2nd rounders the odds of improving should be pretty slim, they were 2nd rounders for a reason
