How do the contracts work for players we draft in the initial draft coming up?

I am going to structure them.
Basically the first two rounds will be in the 8-10 million dollar area. Rounds 3-6 will be at 6 million. 7-10 will be 3 million. 11-12 will be 1.5 per year.
1-2 will be 5 year deals 3-6 will be 4 year deals 7-10 will be 3 year deals Rest will be 2 year deals
If you want a shorter deal for other players you can let me know.

That kind of sucks though because if you pick someone high because of potential, they shouldn't necessarily be earning that kind of salary yet. The veteran guys who produce now should be getting paid the most initially, even if the guys with potential are drafted higher.

Well some have no contract. Fred Hoiberg for example. Yeah I dunno then. Donnell Harvey is another with no contract. Yeah and shit Antwan Jamison's is all out of whack he is slated for $3 million in 2001 and jumps to $10+ million in 2002. I dunno. Seems like current contracts with minimum years and salary bases for certain years is the best way to do it. Although I have no experience with this thing.

The contracts they have right now is supposed to be their actual real life deals back in 2001. Now I haven't confirmed everyone.

That will have a lot to do with value. Like Shaq or Garnett are going to be half of your cap right away, Dirk only has 1 year left, etc.

Are we able to extend players on the LLE like we can extend players on the MLE?
