Trade Provision:
Jazz have the right to swap their second lowest first round pick with the Cavs pick in 2006, providing it is a drop of 12 or fewer spots. In the event it is more than 12 spots lower, the Jazz have the right to switch any pick within 12 spots for the Cavs pick.

I have a feeling Ewing is going to blow up, but he was expendable seeing that Marbury will be my starting PG for the next 6 years. I really needed a SF too and if Diaw adds some scoring capabilities, he should become solid.
I'm pretty happy with what I did this off-season:
-Re-signed the two franchise cornerstones
-Got rid of Robinson's awful contract
-Replaced 30+ year old shitty players with young guys who went in the top 10 of their drafts and have A potential
Should be a fun year even if I don't do as well as I'd like
Note to poe: I'm going to sign a guy for the league minimum after FA to get to 12- I'll still be under the cap but may be even closer now

Your team would be in 23534% better shape if you bought him out last year in the playoffs. I hope the guys bust out for you....in 2007.

Your team would be in 23534% better shape if you bought him out last year in the playoffs. I hope the guys bust out for you....in 2007. What would that have changed? I'd still be at the soft cap and wouldn't be able to get anyone in FA this offseason and he'll be off my books next year |

Yeah good point, that might make about a 10-15% difference though not 52352 or whatever hah. Plan is to develop McCants/Diaw/Coleman long term at 2-3-4 with Marbury/Brand at 1/5.
I didn't buy Robinson out in the playoffs because I thought I would only re-sign either Brand or Marbury- I was shocked they both wanted to re-sign.
