Inside: C+ Outside: C Handling: C+Defense: B- Rebounding: D+ Handling: B assuming 2nd one means potential but Kyle Lowry should have better than C+ handling so the 2nd one makes more sense |

because he wasn't really a big assist guy. he still had very good ball handling and penetration skills. i think Handling should be more than just AST/TO... can still have good handling and not pass a lot
he also played in a 4 guard offense with Foye, Allan Ray and Mike Nardi handling the ball a lot... just my opinion as I was a big fan of those Villanova teams and watched almost all their games
