+3 to handles and +2 to midrange shooting. If either of those don't work, please apply it to speed.

Before I do it, just want to make sure you know you can only increase a cat once. So midrange will be a +2 and Handles a +3 instead of you doing +5 in one cat and saving future points the other stat.
Some people didn't know and regretted their decisions, so I want to make sure before I put it thru.
