Strengths
Incredibly talented. Relatively unknown playing a Connecticut prep school, but he might be one of the biggest sleepers in the draft. Wright possesses out of this world athleticism and shows flashes of all the skills necessary at the next level. He can shoot, pass, defend. Has drawn comparisons from some scouts to Paul Pierce and Corey Maggette. Potential is definitely there.
Weakness[/u]
Wright is very raw and may have benefited from a year of college somewhere. He didn't even start playing basketball seriously until midway through high school so he has almost no experience and won't be ready to play right away. Whoever selects Wright will have to stash him on their bench and hope he turns some of that potential into ability.
Scout's Take[/u]
The sky is the limit for Dorell. This is a guy who probably should have went to college and gotten more experience, but his athleticism and potential has scouts drooling. If he develops he could become a star in this league, but so much is unknown about him. Early 20s to late 1st.
