If you look back at all the deals made so far how many would actually go to the tc? Only two imo.
The tc is not for every deal to get a stamp of approval its to prevent a anal ohhaithur.
I don't think we will see a lot of trades going to the committee.
I agree to up the veto number to five. Three is low
