Strenghts
Hilario is a very young and very raw player. Because of that he is very valuable. At age 19 he already has an NBA body and just needs to learn how to use it at the next level. He can defend fairly well considering he's only been playing since he was 14 years old. Shot blocking is also another asset.
Weakness
His strengths are also his weaknesses. Hilario has only been playing basketball since he was 14 and there are concerns he isn't ready for the NBA due to the lack of playing against high levels of talent. He also has a very limited offensive game and can be foul prone.
Scout's Take
Hilario is a very talented and athletic player. He's just declaring for the NBA draft three years too early. You won't get much out of him on the offensive side but you can muster out a solid bench post player who can provide solid minutes. If a team is willing to slowly bring him along and develop him over time he could be the best player out of this draft.
