Also while I changed the records some info may be related to last sim, Im sorry I took hours working on this and didnt have time to go back through and make every small change because I still have 3 divisions to do.

What I like- The Celtics have been a very successful team in the first year and some 20 days, they made the playoffs last year and are in a good spot early this year. I love Chris Webber the do it all PF for the Celtics who is having an excellent season averaging 28.5 PPG and 12.5 RPG plus a block and a half a game for good measure. The Celtics also have utilized Shawn Marion the 24 year old SF very well, while he isn’t playing lights out he is a perfect fit on this team averaging a double double with 14 PPG and 10 RPG. The key to the Celtics early success has been the superb play of PG Damon Stoudamire who at the moment is averaging 22 PPG a staggering 9.2 APG and through in a steal and a half for good measure oh and I forgot hes also shooting 51 % from the floor. If his play continues I strongly believe the Celtics could be a title contender.
Dislikes- There aren’t many dislikes with the Celtics, they’re winning, currently in a great position in the East have talented backups who are young, a solid mix of young and veteran. The telling sign that they don’t have many dislikes is I’ve decided to choose Brad Miller as my dislike and for no good reason other than hes only putting up 10 a game playing 32 minutes. I wish he was in the 14 PPG range and that’s just being greedy.

What I like-
I really like Paul Pierce, he has been playing very well averaging almost 24 points a game as well as over 6 rebounds a game which is superb for a 6’7” guard. Im also a fan of Eddie Griffin who is averaging an astonishing 3.5 BPG but also picking up 9 off the boards and a respectable 12 points a contest. While he isn’t doing mch at this point in his career I have drawn interest in watching Kedrick Brown the 21 year old PF progress averaging 8 points and 4 rebounds a game while playing 25 MPG, I feel up is the way he will go in future camps.
Dislikes-
My biggest dislike is the number of turnovers compared to assist and he number of points the Heat give up a game. The biggest aspect of the Heat holding them back has to be the lack of scoring, and the lack of a scorer other than Pierce.

I love the Nets starting 5; Ming, Wallace, Van horn, Houston, Nash. Yao has played excellent in his rookie season scoring 23 and grabbing 9 a game, Wallace the Nets defensive weapon is grabbing double digit rebounds to make up for lack of scoring at 11. Van Horn and Houston are both averaging over 20 a game and Nash is where he should be in double digit points and 8 and a half assists a game.
Dislikes-
I like this team so much right now I feel bad that they play in the east, you throw them in the west and they become an instant favorite, as it stands now they are a definite top 5 east team but who knows how that will fluctuate. 4/5 starters will be or are going into their 30s in the next few years, and who knows what that will do the Nets future production, and if you were thinking free agency you might as well forget it with the minimal cap room they have at $230,260 left.

What I like- Of course Steve Francis the Knicks one man show averaging 26 a game and 9 and a half assists but after that you look to the future. I am a huge fan of Jamal Sampson and Tskitishvili, both 7 footers and only 19 with the right point usage and solid training camps both could be future starters and running the paint. The cap room they have at $16,235,086 is outstanding and I expect them to be one of the bigger players in free agency in 2004 and 2005. So as previously stated my biggest like is their future.
Dislikes- The Knicks are giving up 106 ppg that’s not good at all but overcome able in the future. I also dislike the lack of scorers other than Francis as well as the shoddy play they’ve gotten so far down low.

2002-2003- 16-11 8'th in the East
What I like-
I like owner/gm/coach MJ, he has done a very solid job with this organization and I foresee that to continue. The two players on the Magic that in my opinion have been the catalysts for the Magic during the short duration of our league are Rasheed Wallace and Sam Cassell, Wllace is averaging 26 and a half a game as well as 9 RPG a block and a half a game and for a little extra a steal a game. Cassell the Magic PG has played well, very well in fact averaging almost 20 a game and double digit assists at 10.3 a number only Chauncey Billups of the Sonics can one up to this point. Other than Cassell and Wallace the magic also have former all star Hakeem “the dream” Olajuwon who is averaging a double double and backed up by a young very capable Loren Woods. Oh yeah don’t forget Shareef and Mobley averaging 20 and 15 a game respectively. The Magic easily have one of the best lineups in the league and don’t look to be going anywhere anytime soon.
Dislikes- Finding dislikes with the Magic is like trying to find flaws for Willa Holland, there minimal and the ones that are present like the minimal cap space are miniscule. Cassel being 32 could be seen as a negative but the fact that it hasn’t affected his play is a reason to curb that talk, and if the Magic didn’t have a capable back up in Loren Woods the fact that Olajuwon is turning 40 would be bad, but instead he is a gritty vet that only helps.

Overall-66-420.611
2002-2003- 16-10 7th in the east
What I like-
This is a very solid organization, made the playoffs last year and is still in position to make them again this year. You have to love to love do it all SF Grant Hill who is playing unbelievably good and a MVP candidate if the 76ers can make a run. Hill is averaging 31 points a game playing 37 minutes that’s almost a point per minute he plays, and a respectable 7 RPG are nothing to shy away from oh and if you didn’t notice he is making half of his shots from the field. The second star of the 76ers is at PF Antonio McDyess whos averaging 24 a game and grabbing an excellent 13 RPG and over 2 BPG, quite simple enough he is a force down low.
Dislikes-
I dislike the guard play, I expect more from Kittles, Alexander, Atkins, Claxton. Mainly Kittles; don’t get me wrong 11 PPG isn’t bad but if he could find a way to work harder and get in the 15 PPG range and step up as this teams third scorer the 76ers most likely move from barely in as an 8 to a 6 or 7 seed, while not a huge difference it could be what the doctor orders in not having to face the Raptors in round one. As with every team under 3 mil I’m not a fan of the cap room the 76ers just over a mil but if they can get through this year without needing it, then next year when they lose over 40 mil will be players in free agency and will have to decide what to do knowing that in 2005 Hill and McDyess will both be eligible for free agency.

Overall-67-39 .632
2002-2003- 15-9 .625 6th in the East
What I like- I love love love Shaquile O’Neal, how could you not love a superstar who averages 28.9 ppg 12.9 rpg and makes 53% of his shots from the field. He is by far the biggest asset the Wizards have and by far their best player. Other than Shaq the Wiz do have scorers in Stojakovic 17.3 and Wells at 18.2. At PG Jason “White Chocolate” Williams is averaging 10 PPG with almost 8 APG. This team has excellent size and length a solid mix of old and young and what it takes to be a solid playoff team.
Dislikes- Like most of the star laden Atlantic Division there aren’t many dislikes, I wish they scored a little more but when you give up 91 a game scoring 96 is just fine, and I wish they had a couple more assists per game and a few less turnovers. All in all this is a solid team.

2002-2003- 13-12 .520 2.0 GB of playoffs
What I Like- The Hawks are another team that I have a slight man crush on, who doesn’t. Garnett, Jamison, Allen all averaging around 20 PPG and Garentt is the leagues rebounding leader. I like that Sabonis is 37 years old but still pulling his weight with 12.4 PPG and 8 RPG.
Dislikes- I dislike the fact that PG Nick Van Exel is only scoring 12 a game but that’s just me being nitpicky. Like some of the better teams there isn’t much fault I can find. The record at 13-12 isnt great but I’m going to chalk that up to being early in the season, otherwise W2D needs to shake up his DC and figure out whats going on with a team that should be in the top 8.

Charlotte Eastern Conference Powerhouse Hornets
Overall- 65-46 .586
2002-2003- 22-7 .759 First in the East
What I Like- I like the Eastern Conference Powerhouse Hornets as a whole, they have a star in Rashard Lewis a solid center whos turning into a block machine in Keon Clark and a PG who pit pockets better than most NYC muggers. Rashard Lewis is the obvious star of this team averaging 25.4 and 8 a game shooting .462 from the field and then you have a team of guys who do what they need to, to be successful. The Eastern Conference Powerhouse Hornets are successful right now and they have great cap room.
Dislikes- I dislike that Armstrong, and Kerr are old, but like the best its hard to find flaws because the GM has done an excellent job finding a backup for Armstrong in future baller Fred Jones and Kerr well he has played exactly 0 minutes.

What I Like- I like that GM Bankz has saved some cap room, I love that he was able to sign AI ina deal to be completed in the future and kept McGrady and O’Neal in doing so. They are struggling now but won’t be in the future, this is a team to keep your eye on and get them while they’re down. I like Flip Murray and losing Bibby won’t be too damaging because he is fully capable of running this offense.
Dislikes- I dislike that they have shit tier centers and could desperately use an upgrade down there. They are giving up 107 and only scoring 95 that’s a huge hole to be in but as stated this team is being built for the future. So the biggest dislike I think Bankz has is losing and the injury to O’Neal other than that he has done a fine job and looks forward to next year.

What I Like- I like that this team is putting up 106 points a game which is outstanding. Brand and Marbury are both scoring over 20 a game and. Ruben Patterson is also doing his job with 15 and 6 a game. The A/T ratio for the Cavs is great one of the best and they are shooting a solid 47% from the field.
Dislikes- I dislike that Raja Bell is only putting up 9 a game, that’s unacceptable for my liking. The Cavs center play while average could be better in my eyes, Collins does a great job on the boards but if he was scoring just 3 or 4 more points a game, it could really improve this team. While this team has a couple scorers it lacks a true superstar, but with 7 mil to play with and a late selection in the 2003 rookie draft maybe the Cavs can surprise by making a deal to move up or just happen to have a guy land for them.

2002-2003- 11-17 .313 5.5 GB of the playoffs
What I Like- I like that the pistons are 6-12 but only giving up 101 points a game and scoring 99. Love the way Maurice Taylor is playing scoring 17.9 a game with 6.8 rebounds to go with it. Jay Williams the young rookie is scoring in the double digits and has a respectable assist average at 5.6. I also like that the Pistons still have possession of their future draft picks.
Dislike- I dislike that Lauderdale is only grabbing 6 RPG and isn’t even averaging half a block a game, I also dislike the fact that Darius Miles isn’t a bigger part of the offense and scoring more than 10 PPG. Other than that I think its fair to hold off making a judgment on this team for a few years while RV12 has superb draft picks upcoming and the free agency of 2004 and 2005 but the Pistons can be a major player in the future if they play their cards right.

Overall- 38-74 .337
2002-2003- 11-19 .367 6.5 GB of playoffs
What I Like- I am a huge Elden Campbell fan and it has more to do with him scoring 14.5 a game and grabbing 9.4 boards than the fact he was once a proud Clemson Tiger. Quentin Richardson scoring 19 a game and avoiding turnovers with only giving up 1.5 a game. Also love Carmelo Anthony the future star who is shooting 45% from the field and in the double digit scoring as a rookie.
Dislike- I dislike how many turnovers they are giving up compared to the number of assists they record as a team, which comes to my next dislike of Tony Parker who may be young but that’s inexcusable for his lack of scoring, would also expect him to be closer to 8 APG than 7.

What I Like- The Bucks are young; very young but its hard not to see the brightness of their future in Okur, Chandler, Hedo, and Miller. Theyre all very youn g but very talented prospects I think in due time and if the Bucks are able to keep them all then this will be a team to reckon with. I also like GM/Owner/Coach Trofie who has proven he isn’t your average Buck Administrator.
Dislike- This is all a little unfair for Trofie but I dislike they don’t have any scorers at all…..yet but they could develop well. Omar Cook is having horrible problems turning the ball over. The Bucks are also giving up 103 a game and only scoring 92. The Bucks cap room is also low and they’ve lost their 2003 and 2004 first round picks due to bad previous management.

Overall83-20 .806
2002-2003- 18-3 .857
What I Like- Whats there not to like about the Raptors organization, they easily have the most wins of the sim leagues early history and the first title. They are scoring 11 a game and only giving up 96. One of the best Assist/Turnover ratios as a team, as well as shooting 48% from the field as a team. Bryant(32.9 PPG 6.7 RPG 5.1 APG almost 2 steals a game) and Malone(25 PPG 10 RPG a steal and a block a game) have been playing lights out together. Terrell Brandon and Ostertag have also done their parts and played very well.
Dislike- Finding negatives with this organization is very tough to do, but for the sake of being nitpicky; 7/12 players on the roster are or will be 30 in the next couple years and its tough to see what kind of fluctuation if any will be had. Either way this is an excellent team and will be for the near future.

Overall- 41-69 .373

Overall- 32-73 .305
2002-2003- 9-14 .391 5 GB

Toronto Raptors
