I'm interest in landing another first round pick. I can trade future firsts and some later round picks. My 2nd rounder + A future first for a 1st rounder. You guys gotta read the rules... From the Creation Draft Rules Thread... Matt "TRADING PICKS You can trade your creation picks. You can't trade future first or second round picks however for creation picks." Lame.

Now thinking about it, I will allow futures to be traded.
However, only the first three years can be traded. So 2002,2003,2004 picks can be traded.

And I beleive you have to trade picks equally, i.e if you move your 2nd, 3rd and 4th, to get a 1st you have to get 2 other picks from them somewhere, perhaps the last 2 rounds but still. That way after the draft, we all have created a full roster.

I'm willing to entertain my first 14, and moving down later into first round maybe. I'm also looking for a second or third rounder.

Cool, I'm not too big on future trades when no one has players yet, but I'll be down for future trades in the future...heh

I have a feeling once the draft gets rolling trades will happen, people that have 1 or 2 players in mind that may not fall to them will most likely talk trades. I have 2 players in mind that shouldn't be top 10 picks but I doubt they'll fall to 20... 14 is looking kinda nice though...

On a side note... putting your teams logo as your avatar may be quite useful, it has to be no larger than 100x100 for some dumb ass reason but you can find em on google easy enough. Just put the 100x100 in on the search field on the left side.

Matt I think there might be a problem with at least one of the players. Mehmet Okur is given an F for potential. He is a 22 year old. Charlie Bell is also a 22 year old with F potential.
There are only 4 players in the whole sim with F potential and the other 2 are 30+ PGs Chris Whitney and Doug Overton.
It seems that at least for Okur, a 22 year old 6'11 C that was the 38th pick in the 2001 draft that he had some potential. Am I missing something?

A player can have a scouted potential of F, but his 'true' potential is A. Scouted potential means nothing. However the scouted potential is generally close to true potential. But then sometimes it's the complete opposite to keep GMs on their toes.
