Yeah, jay, were you purposely overrating Butler because you didn't like him and wanted him to be gone before you picked? Or did you just not like anyone in this draft pool enough at all to take at 9?
I'm baffled by that trade after the article, I wanted Butler and was thinking about trying to trade up to 6-8 overall because I thought you'd take him at 9.

Those ratings didn't reflect how I personally valued players or anything, I just came up with a numbers system, got the ratings for the top 13 players, and wrote about them. |

I can respect that.
I guess its just odd that you got a total of 6.3 ppg from the two SFs currently on your roster last year and then pass on a guy who is probably an immediate impact player and future All Star that you thought was the best player in the draft. Seems like you would jump all over that.

Outside of melo going 2 I feel like everything has fallen in place for me.
My draft board went.
1.Melo
2. Amare
3. Nene
4. Butler
5. Jefferies
So I get my 2,3,5 guys.
C-Nene/amare
Pf-amare/jefferies
Sf-hedu/jefferies
Sg-jj/gilbert
Pg-gilbert/ward
