How can the Bulls give the Kings their 2005 1st? They have it as a conditional lottery pick with the T'Wolves in 2004? What happens if the Bulls next lottery pick is in 2005? Who gets the pick then?

Yeah, I didn't see anything in here and I figured that point should be raised just in case.

Bulls CANNOT trade their 2005 pick to the Kings... this was explained during the draft, this trade should not have gone through.
This is the exact reason I was against trading conditional draft picks in the first place. I was keeping track of this but no one else was apparently and I was out of town and this trade was pushed through anyway.

If the Kings are okay with getting the pick as either 2005 or 2006 (in the case that the Bulls are not in the lottery in 2004 and are in the lottery in 2005 and the pick belongs to Minnesota), then the trade is okay.

New trade is good to go.
For future deals everyone just try to be careful with trading picks (especially conditional ones) that everything works out... even if everyone in the trade understood this new trade to be the case originally, need to explain in the post so mods/rest of league can understand too.
Mods will have to be more careful with passing trades through also.
