With the Pistons moving into the top 3, that may spell doom for the Wizards, who had the league's worst record but also own the Spurs pick, which is now slotted in the 7 spot due to the Pistons jump. Will the Wizards be left out of the top 3 completely? Pistons (via Wolves) Pistons only get lucky once. I think they will take that. CLOWN IS ALL:

The Knicks have been the lucky winners in the lotto before. You may remember when Stern rigged the lottery and sent LBJ to NYC. Well, Greg Oden is another big name, and the Knicks are still a hot destination. No luck this time for the Knicks.

With the Pistons and Wizards (via Spurs) already in the top 3, we have the Jazz (via Blazers), the Celtics, and the Wizards battling for the final spot in the top 3. Only the Jazz or the Celtics are possibilities for the 5 spot as the Wizards can't fall past 4. Who will it be? OR The Jazz are playing the blues and the Commish is still alive!

Do the Wizards come out big winners and get two picks in the top 3? Or do they have to settle for 4th and a top 3? Greg Oden has been called the next Bill Russell, he sure would look good in Celtic green... ^^^^^ WIZARDS FANS

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the top 3. After all the chaos, we are left with 3 contenders for the #1 pick: Celtics (from Pistons) Wizards (via Spurs) Pistons (via Bucks) So who got lucky and who leaves disappointed? Did the commish get #1? The rumors will be flying if so. Did the Pistons trade the #1 overall pick or trade FOR the #1 overall pick? Do the Wizards end up with a somewhat disappointing 3rd and 4th pick after their early lottery jubilation? The #3 pick in the draft belongs to............ The Commish.

It all comes down to this. Pistons vs Wizards for the top pick. The Wizards were the favorite heading into the lottery, but that was with their own pick. They got unlucky as that pick fell to #4. Were they saved by the Spurs? The Pistons figured to be a playoff team out East this year, but a nightmare season ended with them having one of the worst records in the league. Not owners of their first pick, they jumped into the top 3 by having the Bucks 1st rounder. And here we go... THE FIRST PICK IN THE DRAFT BELONGS TO.................. 2. 1. Congratulations to the Wizards, the top pick belongs to DC.
